'''Host''' is a term widely used in the tulpa community to refer to the original individual in a body. Other terms include ''Original'' and ''Creator''. The term host and synonyms generally also refer to the person who began creating tulpas, however the host may not be the [[Tulpamancer]] in all cases. The term host is used in the sense of a host of guests.
