Form
Form is a term that refers to the shape a Tulpa takes on in the Creator's mind. It can vary from being almost nonexistent to being very large and heavily detailed. The concept of form can also be used to modify the concept of one's self image, usually extended via Imposition. This is referred to as a Mindform.
